Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in project management, technical leadership, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience in the B2B sector.
  • Experience with application production support.
  • Familiarity with RACI Matrix for project management.
  • Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
  • Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs by analysts and the delivery team.
  • Promote continuous improvement, encouraging faster, better, and more economical ways of working.
  • Lead projects, ensuring compliance with Software Quality Processes and adherence to timelines.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
  • Foster teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
  • Provide application production support as per the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
