Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with a robust emphasis on client account management. This role is pivotal in supervising quality assurance protocols while also nurturing essential client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for designated client accounts.
  • Develop and sustain strong, enduring client partnerships.
  • Comprehend client requirements and goals; ensure they are not only met but surpassed.
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding project updates, challenges, and solutions.
  • Oversee and mentor QA team members, establishing clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to swiftly address QA challenges.
  • Examine data to uncover trends and insights that promote quality enhancement initiatives.

Essential Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a comparable position, particularly with a focus on API testing.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation tools/frameworks including Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven track record as a QA manager or in a relevant capacity.
  • Solid background in client management or client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.) and web services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience in integrating automated tests into CI workflows.
  • Awareness of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
