We're a startup on the rise, and we need a scrappy, results-driven Demand Generation and Sales Enablement Specialist to make our phones ring and drive our growth.

Job Description: We are looking for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales and marketing efforts, creating and executing strategies that generate leads and fuel demand. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

-- Drive hard-hitting demand generation campaigns to boost brand awareness and spark interest in Aura’s offerings.

-- Leverage data analytics to track and report on campaign success, tweaking tactics to maximize impact.

-- Conduct A/B testing to pinpoint the most effective marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement:

  • Arm our sales team with killer tools, content, and information to close deals.
  • Create and manage sales materials like pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Train and coach the sales team on the latest tactics and messaging.

Collaboration:

  • Work side-by-side with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment on lead generation strategies and refine the lead qualification process.
  • Collaborate with teams across the board, including editorial, partner enablement, client development, and product management.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of hardcore experience in sales enablement, lead generation, and demand generation.
    • Proven success in developing and executing strategies that drive real results.
    • Mastery of digital marketing and sales tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
    • Deep understanding of email, social media, and content marketing.
    • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems.
    • Startup experience in a must
    • Experience in the SaaS industry is a big plus.
    • Experience in the data industry is an even bigger plus.
