Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring everything is compliant?

As a Contract Analyst at the hospital, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding their business interests by meticulously reviewing and analyzing contracts. You'll be the go-to expert for all things contract-related, working alongside various departments to ensure every agreement supports the hospital's goals and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Vitalize your expertise on all hospital contracts, from physician agreements to vendor deals.
  • Partner with departments to prepare, analyze, and review new and existing contracts.
  • Leverage your sharp analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in contract terms.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions whenever needed (under the guidance of the VP of Finance).
  • Ensure all contracts comply with the hospitals' strict compliance, tax, and legal policies.
  • Maintain a well-organized electronic contract database for easy access and retrieval.
  • Manage the contract workflow, keeping everything on track from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Be adaptable and responsive to the ever-changing needs of AdventHealth.

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience analyzing and managing contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency to handle complex data and calculations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • The ability to understand and interpret legal language.
  • A commitment to the hospitals values and a passion for providing loving care.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Working knowledge of current healthcare law.
  • Registered Paralegal or Paralegal Certification.
