Education:

High School diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

Minimum of 6 years of experience in kitchen restaurant management.

Position Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant. The Chef oversees all activity in the kitchen, hires and trains personnel, plans menus, oversees product purchasing and manages the culinary budget.
