Job Summary

A highly skilled Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items in the Corporate HQ outlet Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms and Executive Lounge. This individual must maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all food items meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, with a culinary arts degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Food Handlers Certification, with a valid certification in the state of operation.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
