About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
  • Lead a team of culinary staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to drive business revenue and improve guest satisfaction
  • Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop culinary staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of culinary management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on financial management and revenue growth
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
