Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • As HR system owner, collaborate with IT teams to research, test and implement new functionalities, enhancements and upgrades while adhering to CDI Change Management processes, audit processes and CDI IT Security policies.
  • Evaluate and approve proposed system configurations, integrations, and changes to align with business requirements
  • Develop and document HRIS processes and procedures.

User Support and Training:

  • Triage SAP support requests from HRIS users, resolving issues answering questions, and escalating to CDI IT for resolution and vendor engagement as needed
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • Oversee user account profile creation process and ensure adherence to appropriate approval procedures

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop data-driven insights.

Project Management:

  • Participate in HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with system security processes, including user access controls and permissions.

System Maintenance and Management:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with CDI IT to plan and gather requirements for regular system updates, configurations, and customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and data clean-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Experience with HR reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment with standard working hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or project purposes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
