ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Implementation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the SAP HRIS implementation.
  • Work with the Director of HR - Key Initiatives, Systems & Integrations in the planning and execution of SAP HRIS implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Configure SAP modules and functionalities to align with HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and more.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients during the implementation phase.
  • Address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure a successful and smooth implementation experience.
Configuration:
  • Understand CDI's unique HR processes and configure the SAP HRIS system to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Customize SAP settings, forms, templates, workflows, and user interfaces to meet CDI's specific HR needs.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for configuring the SAP HRIS system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Integrations:
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify integration requirements with the SAP HRIS system.
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP and other HR, accounting, or relevant software systems, utilizing APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conduct testing, and ensure data accuracy during integrations.
  • Assist in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Monitor data integrity within the SAP HRIS system, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Generate custom reports and dashboards using the SAP HRIS system's reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
User Support and Training:
  • Provide user support for SAP HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions.
  • Train end-users and internal teams on utilizing the SAP HRIS system effectively, including navigating the interface and utilizing features.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology to propose improvements and enhancements to the SAP HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to provide feedback for the enhancement of SAP HRIS capabilities.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related fields.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and integrations with SAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with HRIS systems, databases, APIs, and middleware.
  • Certifications in HRIS or related areas are a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
