Overview of the Business:
RSCS is accountable for ensuring supply continuity for the +$7B in critical Yum Brand food and packaging components, which support 21,000+ restaurants and $20B in revenue across Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, The Habit Burger Grill and A&W in the United States.

Position Overview:
This newly created pivotal role will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and support the delivery of the next-gen HR objectives
The selected candidate will partner with the HR team to implement world-class talent systems, lead HR process mapping, and design just-in-time reporting
In addition, the position will focus on HR system optimization, process documentation, data governance, data analysis, data integrity, data visualization (dashboards), and data audits

The incumbent will play a crucial role in evaluating the latest technologies to enhance employee experience and enable team members to deliver breakthrough business results
Hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Position Responsibilities:
* Provide analytical support for HR processes within the employee lifecycle

* Design and implement data governance and data audit strategies.
* Ensure accurate HR/employee data reporting (may include Board presentations).
* Excel at process flow mapping and process documentation.
* Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the existing HR systems.
* Set up mechanisms in HR systems for compliance monitoring (national, regional, and local laws) and share
information regarding new regulations with the leader.
* Support ongoing HRIS roadmap assessment, HR system optimizations, implementations, and system integrations.
* Perform advanced analysis, compile/interpret data, and share insights to enable focus on key trends and
highest-impact programs.
* In partnership with HR vendors, troubleshoot system issues and implement applicable changes for optimum system
performance.
* Keep the HR team up to date on system updates and changes.
* Use quantitative and qualitative methods to research and analyze data for key initiatives.
* Create training materials (including digital) and communications regarding system rollouts/system changes and
milestone events.

Required and Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
* Requires a bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior HR analysis experience
A pattern of success with HR process mapping, HR
system implementations, data audit, and reporting design

* Proven data analysis proficiency with demonstrated ability to propose options and high-impact solutions.
* Required technical skills: proven advanced expertise in office applications, such as Excel, MS Teams,
PowerPoint, and Word

* Proficiency in project management/process mapping/analytics/dashboard tools (Examples: SQL, Monday.com, Asana,
SharePoint, PowerBI, Visio, Miro, etc.).
* Preference to candidates with payroll and executive compensation administration experience

* Strongly desired: familiarity with ADP and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) administration systems

* PMP certification and/or compensation, payroll, and benefits certifications

* Must have strong analytical skills and experience detecting trends and offering solutions

eliminate irrelevant information to draw fact-based conclusions for business decisions.
* Self-starter with an ability to multitask and deliver results without daily supervision at an elevated pace
