What you'll be doing...

As a supervisor in the Client Service Center, you will:

  • Coach, develop and lead the phone agents and call auditors
  • Utilize leadership skills to evaluate and develop associates
  • Supervise the work of agents/auditors to ensure performance meets established standards
  • Monitor and assess department workflow and identify/implement areas for process improvement
  • Coordinate training of new employees and evaluate results
  • Monitor quality and compliance for accuracy and completion of work

Who you are...

  • Experienced. 3 years supervisory experience, including managing onsite teams preferred
  • Educated. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Leader. Proven ability to influence others to get work done
  • Communication. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Service Minded. Delivers exceptional customer service with flawless follow through
  • Technically Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools
