Account Executive


Purpose of the role:
As an Account Executive at Provar, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling our cutting-edge software products to our existing customer base.You'll be someone with experience running a complete end-to-end complex SaaS sales cycle. In addition, you’ll be process-driven, creative, an adept problem-solver, and skilled at solution-selling following MEDDICC (or a similar sales methodology).You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our customer relationships and contributing to our overall sales growth.  You'll have a huge impact on the team and the company, and your success will help shape the success of the company.Day-to-day responsibilities & accountabilities:


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our footprint within our strategic, enterprise customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Provar solutions through proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful management of sales cycles
  • Accurately manage, report on and forecast a sales pipeline
  • Work with system integrators and other partners to support Provar revenue growth


Key skills:
You’ll have:

  • 5+ years work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Consistently over achieved against sales booking targets
  • Used MEDDICC or similar sales methodology
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be an asset
  • Experience selling test automation solution is an added advantage
