You would be responsible for developing and implementing communications that promote the company's brand and reputation. Develop strong relationships with our surgeons and medical providers and find your people here at ROC.

ROC is expanding with two more operating suites opening the beginning of 2025 as we welcome seven new surgeons to our team. Join our team to be part of the growth and excitement

What would you do as a Communications Coordinator?

You can expect to regularly:

  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials;
  • Manage the company’s online presence and reputation;
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and track data;
  • Design and oversee the creation of promotional materials;
  • Field inquiries from the media or the general public;
  • Evaluate communication strategies and campaigns to determine their effectiveness.

Requirements

Certifications/Education

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a similar role with High School Diploma/GED;

Knowledge of:

  • Project management;

Experience:

  • Performing research, analyzing data and information and preparing reports to present findings.

Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants? (if app.)

Knowledge of:

  • Social media management;
  • Graphic design;
  • Website content management systems;
  • Email marketing campaigns.

Travel: May require travel to offsite locations based on manager discretion.
