Position Title: Community Reinvestment Manager

Salary: $100, $132,038.40 Annually

Overview: Under administrative guidance, this role is responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the operations of the Community Reinvestment Division. This includes the administration of programs and services aimed at enhancing human services, improving physical infrastructure, developing affordable housing, and fostering economic growth within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the services and activities of the Community Reinvestment Division, focusing on human services, infrastructure enhancement, affordable housing, and economic development.
  2. Administer federal and state grants to improve service and housing opportunities for low and moderate-income families.
  3. Implement HUD-approved programs to meet community needs for services, infrastructure, and housing.
  4. Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs.
  5. Coordinate with other departments and external organizations to assess community needs and modify programs accordingly.
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of service delivery methods and recommend improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in program implementation.
  8. Supervise staff involved in project implementation and provide training and performance evaluations.
  9. Oversee the development and management of the Division's annual budget.
  10. Participate in community efforts to enhance human services and affordable housing availability.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, urban/regional planning, social sciences, or a related field.

Experience: Relevant experience in community reinvestment or related fields is essential.

Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required to effectively manage programs and collaborate with various stakeholders.

This position plays a crucial role in enhancing community well-being through strategic planning and effective program management.
