What You'll Be Doing:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administrative support for organizing integrated marketing communication projects, logistics, and campaigns. This position proactively creates content for digital mediums to include social media messaging; capturing and editing photos and videos; designing online ads and images. In addition, you will implement campaign tactics, call prospective clients, periodically set up tables, and attend events.

Essential Duties:
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to align firm priorities & consistent branding strategy.
  • Manage and execute marketing projects, track success, and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate and support events, sponsorships, and client seminars; handle logistics and attendance.
  • Assist in business development and sales processes, including CRM maintenance and proposal creation.
  • Organize firmwide presentations, webinars, and content creation for various marketing channels.
  • Update and manage website, intranet, social media, and blogs.
  • Design and produce branded collateral and maintain vendor relationships for branded inventory.
  • Optimize content for SEO and manage communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, events, and travel; manage expense reports and correspondence.
  • Provide support for the Communications department, including content creation and distribution.
  • Monitor and enhance the firm’s online reputation and manage prospective client inquiries.
  • Design and update marketing materials, and facilitate recruitment marketing and promotional events.
  • Maintain stock of promotional materials and coordinate application of brand standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
