Job Overview

Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a portfolio of small to medium marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee a portfolio of small to medium marketing projects from beginning to end, ensuring defined project processes are followed.
  • Process Improvement and Enablement: Maintain and collaborate on improvements to Marketing Project Management processes and procedures.
  • Portfolio Management: Support Portfolio Management activities within Marketing, including administering projects, users, and reports in the portfolio tracking tool.
  • Administrative Duties: Attend seminars and classes, provide written status reports as required, and attend staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Information Systems, Communications, or similar related field.
  • 1+ years' experience in project management relating to media, marketing, and/or agency services.
  • 1+ years' experience in marketing financial services and/or products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification.
  • Experience in financial services institutions.
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Work Environment

The Marketing Project Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple competing deadlines/priorities.
