Job Summary: Marketer is responsible for informing communities served by Visiting Angels of our quality services and brand. Builds relationships, organizes events, and implements strategies to enhance community outreach and brand awareness.

 

Qualifications:  

  1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.. 
  2. Must have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
  3. Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be comfortable talking on the phone, be gifted at working with various personality types and be able to multitask and produce positive results.
  4. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. 
  5. Must have good phone skills and excel at Customer Service.
  6. Must have experience with creating and creating social media and a Google presence. 
  7. Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision. 
  8. Must be self-motivated.
  9. Must dress and present themself professionally.
  10. Must be proficient at Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  11. Must have a positive attitude and exhibit patience.
 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Marketing

  1. Promote, lead, and be responsible for strategic business growth.
  2. Develop a strategic marketing plan.
  3. Implement the marketing plan.
  4. Develop and foster strategic partnerships/alliances with key referral sources.
  5. Create and manage the Visiting Angels social media platforms
  6. Create strategies to grow positive Google reviews
  7. Maintain marketing information in the computer.
  8. Represent Visiting Angels in the field with information regarding Visiting Angels’ services.
  9. Manage Co-op marketing with other Visiting Angels owners.
  10. Determine what marketing products to use and procure the products.
  11. Deliver marketing promotional products.
  12. Acknowledge and appreciate referrals with thank you cards.
  13. Attend marketing events.
  14. Foster community involvement.
  15. Give inspirational and promotional presentations.
  16. Maintain and cultivate A, B, C Referral source list.
  17. Attend community meetings to promote Visiting Angels.
  18. Oversee preparation of the marketing packet.
  19. Continually assess Visiting Angels’ community to determine new opportunities for marketing.
  20. Promote and enhance the Visiting Angels brand.
 

General

  1. Perform miscellaneous clerical projects in the office as needed and as is appropriate.
  2. Answer phones as needed.
  3. Comply with all State Guidelines of Services.
