Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a full-time Collision Center Technician for our Collision Center located in Baltimore, MD.

The Collision Center Technician’s job responsibilities will include minor to major collision repair, cab & chassis re-construction as well as some body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Some additional responsibilities are: removal of damaged fenders, panels, and grills, using wrenches and cutting equipment; file, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools; aim headlights and align body panels. Candidate must be proficient in aluminum welding, panel replacement, structural welding and similar body repairs. Paint and refinishing, removing upholstery, accessories, electrical wiring experience a plus. Toolbox with hand and air tools required.

Requirements:

Position requires the candidate have three to five years of directly related experience and ability to transport parts, materials and equipment weighing at least 30lbs without assistance. Experience in heavy-truck body work, specifically fire and emergency vehicles, preferred. Additionally, he or she must be very detail oriented and capable of consistently producing high-quality work. Experience with corrosion repairs, working with fiberglass, basic computer knowledge, and knowledge of CDK (formerly ADP) are a plus. Pre-employment drug screening and satisfactory driving record required.
