BNA Business Center is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to join our team. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from business conferences to social gatherings. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking and creative skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

• Create and manage event timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Manage all event logistics, including registration, set-up, staffing, and post-event breakdown.

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues during the planning and execution stages.

• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative and successful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in managing events, preferably in a corporate setting.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
