SUMMARY:

The Design Specialist reports to the Elligo Marketing and Recruitment Team and is responsible for developing graphic designs, content, and imagery to meet the needs of clinical trial clients. The Design Specialist create content with call to actions in order to optimize response rates for varying platforms, i.e. social media, digital, email, print materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Conceptualization, development and execution of creative, branded marketing collateral for Elligo marketing and recruitment projects and various clients of Elligo Health Research

· Assisting team with managing and executing website design and development projects

· Managing multiple projects at once while maintaining communication with the team and/or clients

· Continuous support to the marketing team and overall marketing efforts for Elligo Health Research

· Other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent design skills with the ability to understand and effectively work with a marketing team.

• Master of the adobe creative suite applications: Illustrator/Dreamweaver/InDesign/ Photoshop etc.

• An adept knowledge of design principles and best practices

• Exceptional communication and project management skills

• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously

• A good understanding of current marketing trends

• Proactive and timely follow-up skills: the ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholder needs as needed.

• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

• Strong organizational skills: ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks respond to department requests and collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, or marketing related fields

· 3-6 years of related job experience
