  • Develop comprehensive project plans including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Lead project teams in ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow to drive successful solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, status, and risks.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates.

Risk Management:
