An experienced Revenue Cycle Manager is sought that has a proven track record with management of the financial aspects and revenue cycle of a medical practice. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail- oriented, motivated and a self- starter. For this position the salary is commensurate with experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing billing for medical practices
  • Familiarity with Medicare/ Medicaid guidelines, portals and compliance
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable and collections
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance claims is required
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Medical coding and billing experience required
  • Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
  • Supervisory and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and EHR management
  • Various high-level reporting with the ability to present and interpret results
  • Transaction posting
  • Exercises good judgment and discretion
  • Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements for patient information
  • Maintains and protects confidential information
  • Proficient in use of computers and office equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of medical billing codes
  • Excellent telephone and patient-relation skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work
  • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with team orientation
