Position Overview: As a Predictive Modeler, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing predictive models to forecast future trends, behaviors, and outcomes. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends, behaviors, and outcomes.
- Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and suitability for modeling purposes.
- Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and predictive accuracy.
- Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, iterating and refining models as needed to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Deployment: Deploy predictive models into production environments, working closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate model findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in predictive modeling, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing successful predictive models.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques for communicating model findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a passion for tackling complex predictive analytics challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
