About the Role:

Point Predictive is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Paid Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge AI technology company. The intern will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and project managers, contributing to real-world projects that impact our clients and the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Research
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Support the development and validation of machine learning models.
• Project Support
• Aid in the planning and execution of implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Technical Assistance
• Provide technical support to the engineering and data science teams.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting software applications and solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development tasks.
• Learning and Development
• Engage in continuous learning through company-provided resources and training.
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Seek feedback and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
