Role Summary:

As an Implementation Project Manager at Point Predictive, you will be instrumental in the effective deployment of our machine learning-driven API and UI solutions to our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and execution to final delivery and ongoing support. This role demands exceptional project management capabilities, a solid grasp of AI and machine learning technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships to foster satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Execution and Delivery: Supervise the implementation process, ensuring all technical and business requirements are fulfilled.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to integrate solutions with client systems.
  • Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Ensure a smooth transition of projects from implementation to operational status.
  • Collect client feedback and offer recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, particularly within the technology or financial services sectors.
  • Strong comprehension of AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
