Role Overview: As a Sales professional you will play an important role in driving additional business growth and expanding our presence in the remodeling market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure remodeling projects, working closely with clients to understand their vision and needs. You will leverage your sales & relationship expertise to work with a team of professional to deliver a 5-star experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Work with the best marketing team in the industry Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Qualify in best-fit prospects and book meetings with the team.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Follow-up on the marketing team's targeted marketing and Advertising strategies and campaigns.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with building associations, property managers, and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultations to understand clients' remodeling goals, timelines, and budgetary considerations.
  • Follow 5-Simple step sales process to present proposals and solutions that align with client requirements


Project Management Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to keep the referral network and partner satisfaction high.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the remodeling process.


Market Analysis and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, remodeling regulations, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target markets, best-fit prospects, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of remodeling products, materials, and design concepts.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably within the residential construction or remodeling industry.
  • Strong understanding of the condominium and home market, including knowledge of condominium associations and property management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling processes, including relevant building codes and regulations, is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
