SOUTHEAST ROOFING CONSULTANTS, INC. is a third generation family owned and operated, roofing contractor. We proudly serve our region in all phases and types of roofing construction; with over 45+ years of experience in the Roofing Industry, we are FL State Licensed and Fully Insured.

 

We are in search of a Customer Relations Manager with an emphasis on permitting administration


What We Desire:

 

  • Must have office administrative experience, proficient in Microsoft Word / Outlook / Excel
  • Someone tech savvy with great customer service presence
  • Experience in handling customers with the ability to multi-task and plan ahead / maintain own schedule.
  • Role will require pulling permits at different building department municipalities, closing out jobs and issuing warranties, etc., scheduling different inspections, helping maintain customer satisfaction / maintaining reviews online.


This is a salaried position ($50K+ / annually) with Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM hours. Paid major holidays, accruing PTO, 50% Dental & Health Insurance benefits, annual bonus.
