We are looking to add to our Bar Team at Shuka The bar prep position is integral in the success of our operation. Requiring attention to detailed work in a fast paced environment, you will help create products that provide our bartenders the means to craft cocktails and serve our guests to high standards 

Main Responsibilities 
  • Organizing prep list and following recipes
  • Garnish Prep
  • Juicing
  • Batch Cocktail Prep
  • Storage & Inventory Maintenance
  • Demonstrate positive, interpersonal skills with co-workers. 
  • Function as a supportive team member 
Qualification Include:

Understanding DOH protocolTime managementOrganizational skillsAccuracy & PrecisionPrevious experience as barback/bar prep (preferred)Interest in growing skills and knowledge of bar operations
