About You:
As a Bar Kitchen Cook, you will play a vital role in our culinary team. Your Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of all ingredients and preparation methods utilized in our menu offerings.
- Ensure that your bar kitchen station is consistently prepped, seasoned, and stocked during service, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Actively engage in a professionally conducted service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, plate assembly, and effective communication.
- Maintain composure and focus while managing multiple tasks and following directions from culinary leaders and expediters.
- Foster a spirit of collaboration and excellence within the kitchen team.
- Show a willingness to refine your culinary techniques and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
What We Require:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Line Cook role at a full-service restaurant or equivalent experience in a bar kitchen.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not mandatory.
