Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and manages beer and liquor deliveries.
  • Prepares juices, mixes, syrups, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
  • Maintains an adequately stocked bar with necessary supplies including glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
  • Monitors and addresses inventory fluctuations proactively during the juicing and cocktail preparation stages.
  • Delivers fresh juice to the kitchen for preparation and to the bar for non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Assists in upholding quality standards, preparation protocols, and cleanliness as directed by the CDC & Beverage Manager.
  • Ensures proper rotation of products and labeling of perishable items.
  • Completes all assigned tasks related to the setup and breakdown of the bar prep area, ensuring readiness for the next shift.
  • Engages in continuous learning through staff training opportunities.
  • Provides assistance to other areas of the restaurant as requested by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the COQODAQ brand, culture, and product offerings.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items (minimum of 50 lbs).
  • Capability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods across multiple floors.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Must be reachable via email and able to communicate effectively by phone.
  • Professional appearance and grooming that meets company standards.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols and New York State Department of Health regulations for bar and food service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes.
