Invisible Narratives / INVIZ seeks a driven and experienced Manager of Digital Business Development to oversee the coordination and growth of our extensive network of YouTube channels. This role is perfect for someone with strong creative instincts, business development skills, and a passion for IP and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content platforms like YouTube Content ID, Facebook, and Snapchat monetization, and a proven track record in creator partnerships and digital business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth and development of social IP by assisting with creative content initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency in the operations of over 20 YouTube channels.
  • Collaborate closely with YouTube creators to foster strong partnerships and enhance channel performance.
  • Manage and coordinate strategy, communication, and collaborations across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and ensure tasks are completed without delays, maintaining high standards of efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for channel performance improvements based on detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for channel growth and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance and optimization of monetization strategies on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.
  • Assist in the development of scripts and creative content, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Occasionally, contribute to managing daily operations and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
  • Pragmatic and unemotional approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in computer operations and fast writing tasks.
  • Strong interest in IP and entertainment, with a creative instinct.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong creator partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like YouTube Content ID, Facebook, and Snapchat for monetization.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital business development, creator partnerships, or platform monetization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
