Vermont’s Favorite Car Dealership is looking for a reliable and highly motivated Automotive Sales Advisor to join our team.  As a dedicated Automotive Sales Advisor, starting pay is $1000 per week, plus up to $400 reimbursement for a car payment and reimbursement for gas.  Average compensation after 2 years is over $90,000 per year.

 

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Advisor at Alderman’s Chevrolet GMC, you will guide customers through the selection process to find a vehicle that works for their needs and budget.  Your objective is to provide a superior customer experience and cultivate enduring customer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
  • Identify and assess customer needs and preferences
  • Present and explain vehicle features and benefits
  • Facilitate test drives and provide comprehensive vehicle information
  • Ensure accuracy in completing transaction documentation
  • Maintain relationships through follow-up communication with customers
  • Accurately logging activities on our internal lead management system
  • Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and promotional offerings
  • Achieve or exceed monthly performance targets
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
