  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct walk-arounds with customers, demonstrating features and benefits of new and used vehicles.
  • Price Negotiations: Conduct price negotiations with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an excellent knowledge of new products, features, and accessories available, and explain their benefits to customers.
  • Training and Development: Attend product and sales training courses provided by manufacturers and the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and a professional appearance.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000-$130,000 per year.

Work Environment:

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week, day shift, no nights.
