Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Meet with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct walk-arounds with customers, demonstrating features and benefits of new and used vehicles.
- Price Negotiations: Conduct price negotiations with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an excellent knowledge of new products, features, and accessories available, and explain their benefits to customers.
- Training and Development: Attend product and sales training courses provided by manufacturers and the dealership.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and a professional appearance.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000-$130,000 per year.

Work Environment:
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week, day shift, no nights.
