As the primary point of contact for customers, you will represent the company and are expected to foster and maintain enduring relationships with clients to meet sales objectives while promoting a favorable image of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offering tire and automotive products and services.
  • Executing merchandising, advertising, and promotional strategies for products and services.
  • Participating in all facets of store operations.
  • Responding energetically to every customer, whether in-person or over the phone.
  • Attending to individual customer needs: documenting and identifying the best responses and solutions to various situations.
  • Adhering to proper checkout protocols: clarifying all warranties and options available to customers.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in tire sales is essential.
  • Fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proven track record in retail sales is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to spend a considerable amount of time standing and walking throughout the workday.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Language proficiency: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
  • Computer proficiency: Basic computer skills; training will be provided as necessary.
  • Communication skills: Must effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors in person, via phone, and through electronic means.
