OUTSIDE LUMBER SALES

Ganahl Lumber Northridge has an Outside Sales career opportunity for an experienced sales professional, who is knowledgeable in the construction industry and maintains high integrity with a proven track record of success. We are looking for candidates who possess a track record of developing long-term trust relationships and commitment to growing sales while building your own customer base. This position also requires great hospitality, excellent communication skills, being detail oriented and able to process information quickly but accurately.

The right applicants must be able to work in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere where they are directly accountable for their own income, unlimited earning potential with no caps on commission. If you possess the traits and have a passion for this industry, then we want to hear from you.

The candidate must also possess the following, but not limited to:

  • Dynamic customer service skills a ‘Must’.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ambition driven.
  • Ambition to establish and maintain long term trust relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize their workload.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Experience in this industry is a ‘Plus’.
  • People skills that translate to long term relationships with those who buy from us.
  • Prior experience in door and window sales or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and follow though skills.
  • Great organization skills and the ability to multi task.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Experience with computers and multiple programs.
  • Be flexible with work schedule.
