Responsibilities:

  1. Frontend Development:

    • Develop and maintain frontend components and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive user experiences.

  2. Technical Leadership:

    • Take ownership of frontend development projects and lead the implementation of complex features and functionalities.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them with code reviews and problem-solving.

  3. Framework Proficiency:

    • Utilize frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build scalable and maintainable web applications.
    • Architect frontend solutions and design patterns to enhance code modularity, reusability, and performance.

  4. Integration and Testing:

    • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services, collaborating with backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange.
    • Write unit tests and conduct integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of frontend applications.

  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of development workflows and practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in front-end development are a plus.

  2. Experience:

    • 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern front-end development tools and workflows.

  4. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
