The position is hybrid with on-site location in Brentwood, TN.

WHAT we need you to do.

  • Lead and oversee business analytics team and projects.
  • Integrate existing reports into PowerBI to gain reporting efficiencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and communicate a clear Data & Analytics strategy.
  • Thoroughly deliver customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute strategic analytics such as Spend & Procurement Analytics, Financial Analytics, etc.
  • Lead design, development, testing, and solution implementation and support for data engineering and analytics.
  • Model enterprise data including but not limited to financial, operational, and machine data.
  • Monitor data integrity through strict governance.
  • Continually advance data science capabilities, helping functional teams effectively utilize data from multiple sources to support critical business questions.
  • Create the necessary material to train internal or external customers on relevant data analytics/tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT you need to possess.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, data science/analytics, accounting or finance with 7-10 year’s of related experience
  • Project management including planning, organizing, and coordination of internal and external customers or resources
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information in formal settings
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, etc., and EPR systems and ability to create and implement solutions to drive change in the business environment
  • A self-motivated, adaptable go-getter attitude
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • High-attention to detail
