Job Summary:

Seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead our growing BI functions across the enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic reporting and information distribution plan.

Day-to-Day:
  • Lead BI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and Grow a High-Performing BI Team
  • Manage SLAs, Dashboards & Data Visualizations: Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for BI services.
  • Data Governance & Self-Service Analytics, reinforce best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
Skill Set:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in data shaping and how to organize information efficiently
  • Experience in Power BI (or similar tool) including proper administration, distribution options and visualization methods.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of SQL/Data Warehousing/BI Development
  • 3+ years of BI Leadership
  • Prior healthcare experience a plus but not required.
