Are you a good fit for this OSR/Outside Sale Representative job?To thrive as an OSR/Outside Sales Representative at Tejas Equipment Rental, you'll need a set of skills as sharp as our equipment. First and foremost, excellent communication skills are a must - you'll be interacting with clients daily, so being able to articulate your ideas clearly is key. Sales experience is a big plus, as you'll be responsible for closing deals and hitting targets. Familiarity with CRM software to manage your customer relationships and Excel for tracking sales data will definitely give you a leg up.
