Key Responsibilities
·      Conduct repairs to the building to include but not limited to, walls, baseboards, doors windows, removing trash·      Conduct repairs of equipment·      Performs routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures·      Follows maintenance schedule/instruction from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures·      Performs unscheduled or emergency maintenance tasks as directed ·      Assist in smooth operation of maintenance department 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise·      Minimum of 1-2 years experience.·      Ability to work within a long term care nursing facility.
