Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting & Customer Accounts Manager in Charlottesville, VA. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for managing financial data, ensuring transactional integrity, journal entries, and overseeing finance and customer accounts operations. This role will work inter-departmentally to ensure customer accounts are properly setup and managed while ensuring timely collections and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of financial transactions, journal entries, and finance operations
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and address collection issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in accounting software (Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems) and MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
