Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $37k-47k per year

Purpose:  The purpose of the marketing coordinator position is to increase visibility and community relationships of Kinetic as a company to potential patients and employees, referral sources, and contracting partners through social media, engagement and follow up, attending and organizing community events, and content creation. 


Knowledge: Must have 2+ years of knowledge and experience in email and text marketing, social media strategy and analytics, and basic graphics principles and editing skills.  An understanding of Microsoft Office and basic Google Suite apps is necessary.  This individual is expected to have a thorough understanding of the vision, scope, and programs of Kinetic.  


Responsibilities include but not limited to:   

Create and Manage all social media accounts and campaigns for Kinetic.  

Present a twice per month “what’s trending” report from social media. 

Creation and management of content calendar in collaboration with owners 

Manage patient follow up and leads through the patient relationship management system.  

Maintain contact lists for press releases, and marketing contacts in the community. 

Create and coordinate creation of graphics and content that adhere to Kinetic’s branding guide.  

Complete monthly quality contacts to EC directors  

Assist with coordination of community participation and organization of community health and wellness events including but not limited to health fairs and Kinetic’s annual Half Marathon/Free5k/1 Mile fun Run.  

Monthly observation and reporting on patient experience (The 5 T’s) for the adult and pediatric clinic. 

Create and manage publicity for various events and campaigns throughout the year. 

Coordinate posting of monthly blogs to the adult and pediatrics website.  

Maintain and update contact lists in email marketing program 

Send monthly Kinetic Newsletter to public contacts list.  

Coordinate print media campaigns and maintain updated print educational and promotional material.  

Maintain updated checklist for marketing processes as they are used and developed.  

Facilitate an unforgettable patient experience including patient welcome, tours, and follow up.  

Other tasks as assigned by management. 


Primary Strengths required: A strong team player with high influencer traits. Must be a self-starter, motivated learner, disciplined with time management, and able to work with quick deadlines.  Experience with Canva and email Marketing is a must


Approximate Salary: $36k-46k per year based on experience
