Your Role: As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our product vision in the fast-paced streaming TV industry. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Adaptability and Resilience:
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    • Manage trade-offs, handle ambiguity, and learn from mistakes.
  • Communication / Writing Skills:

    • Communicate clearly with cross-functional team members and executives.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze product data to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
    • Understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Prioritization:
    • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and feasibility.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage products from start to finish, collaborating with engineering, QA, and key stakeholders to launch quality features.
    • Ensure successful product launches, monitor post-launch performance, and identify ongoing improvements.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Keep the customer at the center of product decisions.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms.
    • Gather and act on customer feedback and product analytics to enhance the product.
  • Project Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects for timely delivery.
    • Use project management tools to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to align product strategies, gather requirements, and ensure successful launches.
  • Data-Driven Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Use data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
    • Define key product metrics and use customer feedback and data analytics to drive continuous optimization.

What We're Looking for in You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration). A master's degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the streaming TV or related digital media industry.
  • Knowledge of streaming TV platforms, technologies, and trends, with a passion for the industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience with product management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Looker, CleverTap, Figma, Coda) is a plus.

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted from $70,000 - $90,000.

Additional Compensation: Potential yearly bonus (estimated at 3% to 8% of base salary) & equity grant.
