Finance Coordinator

Nexus Direct, an established marketing agency located in Virginia Beach with non-profit clients nationwide, is looking to expand our Finance Team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of accurately and efficiently handling various financial and administrative tasks. With a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will support our Finance Department's operations. This is a remote position but requires periodic visits to our office located in the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach. In order to be considered for this position you must live in in HAMPTON ROADS area of Virginia.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in accounting, finance or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and project management software is a plus.
