Job DescriptionJob Description

As the Salesforce Environment Manager, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, data migrations, salesforce environment management, and deployments. You will have experience in using Source control systems (e.g., GitHub), release branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines for release management and deployment across environments. With knowledge of agile methodologies, processes and frameworks, the Environment Manager will play a critical role in the planning, development, and execution of the release plan along with the Release Manager and DevSecOps Architect.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

· Minimum 3+ years supporting complex Salesforce implementation projects.

· Experience in SF environment management and deploying CICD architecture.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

· Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

· Experience with CI/CD Tools, GIT source control, VS code IDEs, branching and merging strategies/resolving conflicts.

· Ability to be clearable (MBI public trust)

· Bachelor’s Degree required.

Nice to have skills:

· Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)

· Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Financial Services Cloud certified or experience in the financial services industry.

· Experience serving the Federal Government

· DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Copado, Flosum, manual change sets or via Command Line Interface (CLI).
