Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mining and power generation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products meet industry standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote our products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of the mining and power generation industries, including knowledge of industry processes, equipment, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
