Responsibilities
- Receive and process all vehicle parts orders
- Create bin locations for new stock
- Notify supervisor of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Process and organize accessories/parts in the stock room
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Separate orders for multiple dealerships
- Deliver parts to other locations
- Process Warranty scrap
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Assist technicians with choosing appropriate vehicle parts
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes, available parts and other information
- Offer and suggest specials and new products
- Keep the parts counter, stock room and floor organized and clean
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum one year of experience in an automotive parts department, GM preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
