The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is essential in overseeing parts inventory and executing related administrative functions, while maintaining a secure and organized workspace.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm and replenish parts inventory
  • Organize stock and uphold the inventory management system
  • Examine and process returned merchandise
  • Adhere to safety and security measures
  • Stay updated on new product offerings
  • Support the Parts Manager with procurement tasks
  • Handle credits and warranty claims
  • Reconcile purchase orders with invoices
  • Prepare for the annual inventory count of parts

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand vendor catalogs
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting (preferred)
  • Proficient in parts department computer systems
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Capability to pass pre-employment assessments
