We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative with experience in sales, customer service, and brand promotion. The position is full-time and on-site in Chicago, IL.

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers in a lively event brand promotion setting to build rapport and promote the products and services.
  • You will be responsible for identifying the customer's needs and matching them to the right products and services.
  • You will be required to carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, and undertake ad-hoc marketing projects.
  • Generate weekly progress reports and attend regular meetings with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve customer acquisition.
  • Manage administrative duties.
