This is a full-time position to be worked out of our Tucson, Arizona office.


As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing the company’s marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement and ultimately generate business growth.  The role requires a combination of writing, creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to successfully achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate in the development of compelling and engaging content for various channels
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and any other relevant valuable insights
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize online presence, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.
  • Oversee social media accounts, create content, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics to improve performance.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and promotion of company events, trade shows, and conferences.


Job Requirements:

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights and email campaign metrics
  • Experience with graphical design software (Adobe, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing
